FAQ - Ordering & Delivery
Ordering
Leave a comment to the entry if you're interested in buying anything. If you don't have a Live Journal account, you can leave an anonymous comment but please include your email address so that I can contact you. You can also email me at lauratalanti[at]gmail.com - please add the words Glow Stars to the subject line and clearly indicate which items you're interested in when you write to me.
Many items at Glow Stars are limited editions or one-offs. In most cases this means that I only have one or two particular charms or beads and when they're gone, they're gone! So if you see something you like, snap it up before it goes! This also means that your jewellery will be unique!
Payments
All my prices include shipping & handling costs - so the price you see is what you will pay! I will combine postage if you order more than one item, just ask!
I prefer PayPal payments in GBP£ as they're the quickest and easiest payment method for us both.
I will also accept very well concealed cash - in GBP£ only and strictly at your own risk.
I accept international orders if your payment is in GBP£. A fee of £2 will be added to all international orders to cover extra postage charges.
Delivery
I use Royal Mail 1st Class post, which usually takes 1-2 working days, including Saturdays. I will aim to ship all orders within 1-3 days of receiving payment - I will let you know if there is going to be any delay. In most cases I will post your item the next day after receiving your payment.
I obtain proof of postage and can not be held responsible for any items lost after they have left me. Items are carefully packed and leave me in perfect condition, so again I can not be held responsible for any items damaged in the post.
